The Wedding of Collins Henderson and Brad Brown

In my twelve years in this business, I have to say that this invitation is among my favorites…well, actually, I have lots of favorites, but I love this one!

I love the fact that this invitation is a little random and everything is not lined up. I love the font! I love that I actually got to lay this one out myself, and I love that I got to see my work in print. The entire process was so exciting. Collins and her mom, Julie, came to me with an idea, and everything blossomed from there.

As you can see, this is not your average wedding invitation. Although it has a traditional vibe, it has just enough of a twist to make it different. Collins and Brad were married on November 20, 2010. They will soon celebrate their first anniversary.

Congratulations to you both! Thanks for the wonderful opportunity to create!

The Sullivan and Smith Wedding at Gorham's Bluff

Gorham’s Bluff in Pisgah, Alabama, was the beautiful setting for the wedding of Merry Michael Sullivan and Matthew Wyn Smith. Merry Michael chose for her invitation a beautiful ecru folder with a single deckled edge border. The font is reminiscent of hand calligraphy and was done in slate ink. Her invitation ensemble included, in addition to the gorgeous invitation, response cards and accommodation cards. Merry Michael completed her ensemble with a beautiful monogrammed thank you note, also with the deckled edge. The same font used on the wedding invitation was carried over into the very simple, single sheet, 4.25” x 11” wedding program, Fine Paperwork’s own design. What a great way to inform your guests of what will happen during your wedding and to communicate the names of your wedding party! Congratulations to Mr. and Mrs. Smith!

Thanks for choosing Fine Paperwork for your invitations and programs.
